Ain’t it always the surfers with the profound wisdom??? 😆 I think there’s always room to better ourselves, so in that sense, we can never truly “peak”, but if someone who has no interest in bettering themselves, examines their life, yes, it may SEEM as though they have peaked lol. Speaking of bullies and peaking 😏… it’s seems like your stalker is back for more “yapping”, which he claims to hate… yet keeps coming back for more. He’s not the sharpest crayon in the box of miserable dull bully man-baby crayons that have peaked.
