This is late but its not the PS2's capabilities that held Rockstar back from including these beta features. San Andreas for example was huge compared to Bully and they made it so that the PS2 could run it.

One other thing Sweg, BULLY was developed with the Renderware engine, by criterion games. Renderware was a very weak 6th generation engine. That's probably why bully took so many hits in developments. They had to cut corners in order to have the game run properly, or else it could have ruined the experience.

Interesting story: I was playing the PS2 Bully as a kid, and I entered the Boy's Dorm sometime at night and saw one of the adult pedestrians that would normally spawn in the Old Bullworth Vale. I believe it was the one that sends you on the crab fishing minigame. He was acting as he normally would anywhere else. I decided I was going to try to knock him out. This resulted in, of course, a full Trouble Meter and me getting tackled by him. I was then sent to my room. Upon leaving my room, I noticed he had despawned. There have also been occasions where I've encountered children and girls in the dorm, but these moments are extremely rare.

The fact that the early version of Jimmy’s beta uniform sweater vest is like the early Babe Ruth Yankees jersey since his 1923 jersey had nothing on it neither except for the pinstripes the only thing that was seen later on in 1929 was his original look of the number 3 which back then he still supported his old team so he made the owner make all of his teammates including the manager wear the boston red sox number font which can be looked up on google to this day, but they didn’t keep the boston red sox font much longer and changed it to a much better look for the yankees until 1972 and the font they used in 1972 is the same font they use now for all the numbers also that Pedro and Sheldon also appear in the boys dorm in the final version of the game but only seen when you assault them near the boys dorm and they run inside the boys dorm which you can assault them in the final game once in the boys dorm because once they’re knocked out they respawn outside the school infirmary, but not to mention that you can also tell that all the ai people including the little kids can despawn after they entered their rooms or any place of choice I’ve even seen the prefects take down the students when they did something wrong but they were despawned and so you saw the prefects take down nobody just an invisible human being that is no longer there

By the way, about the mirror, I doubt it didn't have reflections. Yes, I know there should be the urinals but there's nothing behind it, I suppose it was changed during development, also on the very left of it you can see the wall similar to how they look when there's a door nearby. I recently played this game on the Xbox, and I noticed some things that are addressed in this video 1.- It is very rare to happen, but kids happen to spawn inside the boys dorm When I was in the early chapters of the game I always wondered if it was possible to beat a kid in the game considering that they always run at the first signal of damage. Once I found the kid that is not Sheldon (idk his name) and exploited that there were no prefects inside the dorm to actually beat him up 2.- Preps, Greasers and Jocks do spawn inside rarely too, most of the times when classes are about to begin, they can be seen wandering around. Activating the fire alarm forces ALL characters to come out from the non-accessible doors to run out of the building (this excludes the leaders of course) Idk if it was meant to happen, or if it happens under certain circumstances (like the kid thing)

I did have a kid spawn in the boys dorm (the one that's not sheldon) recently when I was playing bully (classic-remastered) a few days-a week ago. I think it could be possible (but ultra rare) for kids to spawn in the boys dorm, or I jus experienced a glitch or something..

Wow this game could have been so much better... It's still a great game. Stuff they've cut-out is a bit questionable... The beta dorm is better. It's just like so many things which could have made this game more fun. Maybe they was planning a sequel... Some of the Beta missions seem more fun... I like the idea on the punks... It's clear that Beta Bob is the 8th number of the Bullies... And probably would have been second leader. I always find it strange how every clique has 8 boys. Even the non-cligues are 8 boys. Not including Jimmy... So they are kind of stuck on this 8 boys for every group except the Bullies... Which is 7... So clearly a character got cut.

what might actually happen with the peds making u turns at the end of the hall is that on the actual script of the walking zones of the dorm there might be a barrier for npcs, because of possible problems after the removal of the staircase to the second floor leading the peds to actually walk through the wall trying to go upstairs to the now removed second floor. at least it's a theory i've thought about watching the video.

Hey SWEGTA, I really need your help. I downloaded the no-clip mod and all it said was: "Install it by putting the Scripts.img and Scripts.dir files in your Scripts folder (replace the old ones). Source.lua is for other modders who wanna see how shit is done." as the walkthrough to install. I don't understand. Can you please help me? I can't even find the "Scripts" folder.
