@@geoffbreen2386 The "Are you OK?" was - probably - just her saying what she's been trained to say or what she thinks she say in situations where she meets someone doing an unusual activity. She thinks it's a way to appear professional and to build rapport as a prelude to her extracting information via further questioning. The "You're filming." bit was - probably - a slip of the toungue or a statement that just came out. Because she was feeling uncomfortable and she lacks social skills and that phrase came out of her mouth before she could stop it. Instead of her saying something more sensible. Or keeping her gob shut and listening to the answer to her "Are you OK?" question. I don't expect high levels of intellignece nor social skills from police officers. As a tip, you can consult the Highway Dedication map in the council office (Dedication: as in Dedicated Highway). In this case, the Highway Authority is Essex County Council (ECC), based in Chelmsford, but Chelmsford City Council probably also has a set of Dedication maps as they will probably have devolved Highways powers from ECC. The Dedication maps officially record what roads are Highway (i.e. public). They also show Dedicated Amenity land like the green areas in housing estates and areas of land that are anomalously undedicated. Armed with this, and I think they will let you take copies of small areas of the map, you know to just respond you are on Dedicated Highway. “On safe ground” so to speak….although it shouldn’t really be necessary.

iam still waiting 2 hear the names of the cop's who Assisted in the Murder of the NZ Sergeant in croydon ~ by not searching the suspect before putting him in front of the Sergeant. they have blood on their hands & everyone knows it

From a long way away I must admit that on the publicly disclosed facts this seems all very strange. The non search seems bad enough but at least he was handcuffed from behind which of course leads to the obvious question of how. Any clues?

If every police officer on these interactions acted like the last guy then I'd still watch these videos. I'm not here because I want to watch police doing the wrong thing or to see arguments, it's genuinely interesting to me to see the vast difference it makes in an interaction where a police officer knows how to treat the public, knows the rights of the public and goes about things the right way vs an interaction where the officer comes out ready to start barking orders and showing their dominance before they have even had a real reason to be alarmed or concerned. Respect is earned whether you're an average Joe on the street or an officer all suited and booted. You aren't owed the right to be obeyed and respected if you yourself are not approaching people in the right way, even if you are an officer! Lovely to see two officers being approachable and professional here. Pt 2 will be interesting!!! Good job AB! And excellent job Riley :P

That bird was in civilian clothes and still trying to boss you about. No badge number or identifying herself just a jumped up power crazed woman. The last officer was first class very polite and respectful 🙏 Send a training video to all the rude clowns about how to speak to the public 😀
