Very nice video, thanks for sharing. I am wondering if I take omega 3 supplements and eat fish should I take cod liver oil from time to time? Should anyone take it, it has too much vitamin A? I am wondering the same when it comes to liver.. ☺️
@bumblebeeapothecary3 жыл бұрын
Great questions! You do have to be careful with synthetic vitamin A, but natural vitamin A is much safer. Dr. Natasha says to have liver a few times a week. She recommends taking fish oil at the beginning of the diet for people with neurological concerns, but then says that most can just get their nutrients from food once the deficiencies are corrected. Hope that helps!

I'm not familiar with that, sorry I can't help more!
@bumblebeeapothecary3 жыл бұрын
Rosita routinely tests cod liver oil to make sure it's not contaminated, so I felt comfortable with that. Krill is supposed to be good, but I haven't tried it yet.
@blackglitter14743 жыл бұрын
@@bumblebeeapothecary thanks for getting back to me. I will go with Krill as Cod is a larger fish and I think it would be hard to naturally control the heavy metal content.

Would it just be better to take all 12 at once? Or the specific #’s are important specifically to the trimesters? Thank you!

Do you follow the WAPF pregnancy dietary guidelines to a tee, or do you change some of it?
@bumblebeeapothecary5 жыл бұрын
I follow it, I would say, about 95%. I try to focus primarily on including everything I need to have (healthy fats, healthy protein, fermented foods, all the supplements I need) and then leave that other 5% or so for fun stuff (social gatherings, things like that). Hope that makes sense! 😊

@@MrMaryGrace16 no don't push through!! It's your body, your intuition telling you to avoid those kind of foods, so avoid it. Don't make yourself do or eat something just because a stupid list says so. Listen to your body. Your the mom.

Bullshit. Not necessary at all. Stop spreading misinformation. And also why are you heartbroken about it if mother and child are well and happy? Makes no sense for me. So it's just your ego and your ideologies and beliefs being questioned. Maybe that's what breaks your heart :D Still wish you all the best and maybe someday you will open your mind to different perspectives and possibilities :)
