Great video Lance, thank you. You did a much better job of explaining all that than I did a few months back. 😊

I might have done a few more than you, lol. Each time I try and better the job I did on the previous similar one.

Lance, the Massey Ferguson 100 series was my favorite of the lot, I prefer the Multipower gearbox as you get faster road speed, from my knowledge here in Australia apart from the 135, there was a 148, 155, 165, 168, 175, 178, 185, 188, I reckon you should get the lot, if finances are ok, they would make a great show piece, cheers

G Day John, The other 135 is multipower and I should be seeing what is wrong with it shortly hopefully. They were a great series of tractor for sure.

Do you set the 2 to 8 thou spec for each side? Or just the one side like in the video? I pulled my axles out and will be putting them back in once the bearings and collars are done so I have to hold my differential lock lever down before putting the right axle back in?
@BundyBearsShed4 жыл бұрын
just one side as the axles almost touch in the middle and that gap is what you are measuring.

Hi lance great video , a quick question do you need a gasket on the outside of the shims on the half shaft and what stops the oil from leaking through the shims?
@BundyBearsShed4 жыл бұрын
I just use some sealer at times.
@dantunno9264Ай бұрын
You cut away at 18.44 and the gasket disappears. I need to know where the gasket went
@BundyBearsShedАй бұрын
Still there
@dantunno9264Ай бұрын
@ where is it? Where does the paper gasket go? After the shims?
@JACKATTACKED5 жыл бұрын
Would it be hissing because you've recorded in mono Lance? Hiss through the unused channel...

I was watching a thing on the new mic set up and they replaced the leads as they were the problem, they bought a different brand of lead and it tidied it up. I have got another Bose cable we will try, and a Tascam 70dr to adjust it out. In the big shed there is always wind from outside and birds etc being heard, always noise up here.

I'm sure you'll get to the bottom of it Lance 😀

The birds and background are to be expected, don't think you have to worry to much about that 👍 But it is now Bundywood Productions so......😂

What do you measure the shims with?
@BundyBearsShed2 жыл бұрын
digital vernier calipers is good enough.

Can we adjust it with a caliper how can I arrange it teacher
@BundyBearsShed3 жыл бұрын
Yes with a caliper you could get a measurement of axle movement.

Teacher how can we not measure it with a caliper 👋❤
