If it's within walking distance to the village, that's a plus. The house has had a complete rehab with all new appliances.

I wonder why people use gravel so much in Norfolk

What is the point of that “conservatory”? It is all glass, it will be absolutely sweltering in summer, can’t have the window to bedroom 3 or the door to the dining room open and in the winter it will be freezing. The only people who want conservatories are people who don’t have them!

UK weather tends not to run to the extremes that we have in the US, which is why a/c is uncommon there. That conservatory probably will be too hot on some summer days and too cold in midwinter, but I think on many days it can be used. The buyer may want to upgrade it to extend its usefulness.

Thought it was a greenhouse!

I have a conservatory, came with the house and I admit I don't use it that much except as a walk through to the garden, more so during the summer months however it is a much better design than this one, floor to ceiling glass makes it feel more like a greenhouse, I would either want to add an extension or replace it with a proper conservatory/garden room.

This is clearly a cheaply-done flip. The front garden is absolutely dismal, and the rear one not that much better.
