Some rearrangement of the bathroom facilities could make them accessible to both front bedrooms. The lounge is huge, and the dining area has access to the kitchen. There are several rooms that could be rearranged or repurposed, and the entrance hall is set up as a library. Indoor swimming pools are rare, in part because of the potential humidity problems, but this one has a cover when not in use, and good ventilation will help. Very odd home. It presents itself as a business and not a home. The bathroom in the master is terrible. Its like two closets. So much stuff you can't see the home. Swimming pools are nice but expensive to maintain.
