Bungee Jumping - Taupo, New Zealand (Taupo Bungy)

Taupo Bungy! Bungee jumping was near the top of my bucket list... or Daventure list. I had done skydiving before and loved it but i wanted to do bungee because it's a different kind of rush. It's closer to the ground, and I'm jumping on my own power, unlike a tandem skydive. I was very nervous to do it, but my mental toughness kept me from backing down. I wanted to be submerged in the water when I jumped but I wasn't the right weight to do that. I was within a meter of touching the water, though.
Awesome thing to do to help conquer your fears. I recommend everyone to do it once.
Taupo is a really nice town in the North Island of New Zealand and Taupo Bungy is a great place to bungee because of it's beautiful location and its price compared to those in the south island.

Oh this one is definitely on our short list, we love these things and you couldn't have chosen a better place it's gorgeous. We have also skydived and I agree this should be quite different, but you had a little push just in case

@@bizzybeme it takes mental strength to do it. You just have to remind yourself that it is safe and try to ignore any negative thoughts. Tell yourself "just do it" and forget everything else.
