Thank you! I have "flat feet" and my left foot has been nothing but pain after working on my feet all day. I'm thinking of a bunion corrector, but not sure if they are right for the stage I'm in. Definitely genetics. My grandmother had to have surgery in her 60s.

Hey I appreciate this video. You said Dr. Scholls has a thing called "Bunion Shield". I have a question. Is that available at a local Walmart or local pharmacy? It sounds like it would be comfortable enough to take a lot of pressure off of the top of my foot near my bunion.

I've sprained my ankle 20 times roughly. My big toe has a golf ball on the side. I cannot afford, nor do I want surgery. New Balance are the most comfortable to me . I'm watching your videos because at the age of 46, hopefully I can get some more miles from Pat and Turner.

Hi, what are the best shoes for plantar fascitis?

All running shoe brands have either a generic heel stabilizer and/or anti-pronation inner heel and arch way stabilization material built right into the sole of the shoe. The basic idea is to rest the plantar ligament by maintaining a higher archway and supporting the foot in more of a neutral or supinated position. And of equal importance is to avoid excessive weight bearing exercise temporarily, as well as prolonged periods of time standing and walking in bare feet, flip-flops, flat sandals, etc. Planter fasciitis in reality is an overuse syndrome or minor injury to the ligament. Rest is priority one as well as stretching the ligament in the morning and then evening. Running shoes as I have described above help tremendously and if an event necessitates wearing a dress shoe, a slight or higher heel can also take the pressure off the ligament insertion and rest the archway by placing more pressure on the ball of the foot.

Correction is the key word. 9 times out of 10 this problem can only be controlled. Additionally, the correction in my opinion is defined by the patient, in regards to comfort, functionality, and aesthetics. -Dr Moore

So feet bunion is a never ending issue, and the current widespread of the issue basically is because we have low educated parents and relatives that were more focused in parties and 80’s and 90’s rather than in taking care of the health of their children, along with manufactured foods and drinks that helps to exacerbate the issue. I fully understand now even more why many people decide to leave this world earlier in life, This is why health industry is traditionally so quiet about these issues?

Yes it sounds strange honestly but it's how I fixed my tailors bunion along with extra things to move back into place. My wife has the big toe bunion and after 4 weeks her toe is starting to go back to normal position and it's because she has a wider toe box shoes. And I'm not a doctor I just hate podiatrist ortho's I swear they are only trying to sell you "products that will fix your problem" and then shove your foot back into a narrow hole... and that's the issue in my opinion lol

Nike are the worst shoes You need a wide toe box Custom supports are to flat thel do almost nothing Drugs don't help Low inflammation Diet and massage are the only things that keep my bunions from turning red 1. Night splits don't work 2. Surgery is not a option What causes tight calves is the problem Good video Tight calves start in the hips I've tried bunion booties 😵 Correct toes 😵 Arch support have help but no custom supports have ever fit they where either 1. To Tall 2. To hard 3. Red wing boot company has a good one 4. Sole makes a good one that cups the heal
