Nice dish Matthew, in Trinidad and Tobago we seasoned our meats with blended seasonings such as shadow benny, garlic, pemento, ginger and other green seasonings, we season before we add the meats to the pot. But That liver and gizzard dish looks so delicious

Not all Guyanese people use green seasoning. Some of my recipes that include it are because of my preference. Not all of my family uses green seasoning. Once you have fresh meat at spices you don’t need anything extra.
