Did they (Putin & Lvova-Bolova) do it? The orders are clear. Talk about the court, not the crime. I haven't yet heard a single mouthpiece or troll den bot ask or answer the question. Even Putin & Lvova-Bolova skipped the answer to the question, in their own responses, talking only about Russia's non-recognition of the court. The Geneva conventions, ratified and co-authored with the USSR, after WWII, were designed especially to protect the rights and lives of non-combatants, especially those of innocent children. Everyday they sidestep the evidence and guilt of Putin & Lvova-Bolova, at this point, _IS_ an indictment of the true purpose of Russia's war, made naked by their Geneva Convention.
