My Bunn tea maker is not filling the tank. I hear it click and the tank gets hot but no water in it. I expect the solenoid is bad. I picked it and gave voltage at wire and solenoid checks okay with ohm meter. The solenoid fits onto a plastic housing that the hose connects to. I suspect the valve in this housing is not working. I see it is repairable and parts are available but Incan see how to get it apart. How does it come apart?

My axiom bunn have a problem with full or half for dark roast. After brewing coffee the full and half button get just the red light how to programming pleaaase and fix it thank you
