People sometimes forget what a talented writer Stallone is. The movies have heart and soul and have moved many people even today.. He also wrote a great character in Apollo Creed. He could have easily written him to be one-dimensional but he gave him an incredible arc.

To me, Burgess Meredith (the actor who plays Mick) is one of the greatest character actors of all time. he was awesome as The Penguin in the Batman TV series. Much like William Shatner his appearances on the Twilight Zone were epic (and soul scarring). And of course, the 1939 film adaptation of John Steinbeck's "Of Mice and Men"...never been reacted to. 😉

Feels like the first time I saw it in the movie theater when I was a young boy. Very refreshing. Never gets old. They just don't make em like they use to. It's like a emotional roller coaster. It's easy to become emotionally attached to these characters. That's why they call them classic movies. I remember the movie theater audience laughing, cheering then clapping out loudly when Micky says out loudly, "What are we waiten fur?". I had never seen an movie audience crowd start cheering like that to a movie. It was awesome. That's one of the most epic classic lines in move history you always remember. I enjoyed watching you laugh and cry to it. Great job. Thanks

The left versus right stances and guards can be difficult to understand for a beginner. The right-handed fighters are the most common. They usually put their left foot and hand in front with their right hand almost cocked back. They jab with the left hand. They also hook with the left. Most of the power punches come from the right, like the straight right hand or the uppercut. You can also see the occasional left uppercut from a right-hander. Left-handed fighters do all of the above in reverse. Some people can switch back and forth from left and right-handed boxing. You can also have fighters who mix these stances and guards up a lot, throwing hooks with either hand or whatever. And yes, each round is scored, in case the fight goes to the scorecard (the distance), like it did in the first movie. Usually, the winner of the round gets 10 points, and the loser 9, unless there is a knockdown. The fighter knocked down usually gets 8 if knocked down once and 7 if knocked down twice. There are quite a few other details when it comes to scoring a round. There were 15 rounds for these fights, but usually 12 rounds in championship fights today.

Wonderful and beautiful and authentic reaction, Bunny. One of your best ever IMO. Soooooo authentic. Really appreciate that as an audience member of yours on this video. It was all very moving. Very. Thank you. This brought home a lot of memories, brought them right to the surface for me...........When I saw Rocky 2 for the first time ever many many years ago, I somehow went into it without any spoilers of any kind whatsoever to mar the experience. I mean as I watched it back then I honestly had doubts that Rocky would win as the final fight proceeded---and this was really upsetting me. I was so emotionally involved, my adrenaline must have been all over the place ---I mean I was really pulled into this movie. VERY far in. That doesn't happen to me too often, but any time it does...those end up being the best and most profound movie experiences of my life. The ending of Rocky 2 was such a joy for me...for more reasons than I can grasp hold of. Honestly, I had started to convince myself that there was going to be a let down. That's REALLY where I was in my mind, late in the fight. It didn't help that even though Apollo went down in the 15th round, so did Rocky. Then both of them trying to beat that ten second count....with Apollo seeming to be doing a better job getting up than Rocky (at least at first). For a moment or so I wasn't even convinced that Rocky had actually beaten the count. For a moment I was like, "UGH!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE THIS END IN A DRAW!!!??? WHAT!!?? UGH!!!!! I NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR A ROCKY 3 !!!????" smh smh smh lol Sorry for writing a book, Bunny.

I think it was Stallone who said that the Rocky movies pretty much mirrors his career at the time the movies were made, especially the first five ones. And even though he wasn't happy with the fifth one, it is a must watch to get the full Rocky experience. And because of that he made Rocky Balboa 16 years later, which is sooo good! So I look forward to your reactions to all of them. I really wish there could be a CD release of the actual arrangements of the songs from Rocky II. The bits from the Training Montage and Gonna Fly Now are the best one in the series, even though they are reworked from the ones in the original, but they got so much more Oumpf! here. You have one of the best reaction to this movie I've seen. Its strange but this is an old movie for many. However, you watching it for the first time, in a way brings it back to life. Everyone has their favorite Rocky movie. For me, this was the best one. I heard that when they approached Sylvester Stallone to make another movie all he did was borrow from his own life. The making of the first Rocky movie was the success we see at the start of the movie. The follow up with success fading away was life after the movie. The winning at the end is the bigger pay they gave him to make the squeal. Sylvester Stallone always has a theme in his movies. He believes its only the winners that get back up when everyone else won't that makes all the difference in life.

It's not just a Frenchy story; it's the journey of a man from his 30s until today, a path with ups and downs just like in real life. Stallone went through a lot of hardships until his early 30s, as depicted in the movie. He is a remarkable person and actor, and I believe this was proven when he was homeless, had no food to eat, and was offered $300,000 to sell the screenplay but not act in the film. Would we do the same if we were on the streets? I don't think so. He did it. He believed in himself when no one else did, and life rewarded him with the best. I hope you continue with all of his movies. I hope someday someone does a reaction video for an underrated Stallone movie, "Lock Up." It's exceptional.

"You know, these numbers almost add up to nine. I like that, That's a good omen," Rocky was never really the brightest but he was always the most humble and nicest.

Your bowling story was lovely and is why I watch reaction videos. Very nice. And yes, the Rock looks great in his outfit, but you gotta admit, in that same scene Butkus looked great in his jersey too.

You just saw a classic film and the saga will continue with the same quality. Your emotions shine through and I share them.

As Sylvester Stalone said Rocky is not a Boxing Movie, it is a Romantic Saga that happens to be about a Boxer. Adrian is his Rock.

if you are a right handed fighter you jab (quick punch) with your left saving the most powerful punch's with your right hand like uppercut's and right hook's....those steps rockly runs up ar outside the Philadelphia Museum of Art. and 1000's of people still to this day run up them like rocky did.
