Worst customer care service. I have returned a product and they say that I have used it. He came to that conclusion since I had returned it after few days of delivery. I had time for the return when I checked the order details so took some time to think about it. Finally decided to return since I thought 3k for a casual pair of shoes is a lot and I could get other good brand in deals for this amount. They should check the bottom of the sole to know whether I have used that product or not. When I ask this question to him, he hung up on me!!! I call back and no one picks up.

Half, I am so sorry for your disappointing experience. I don’t represent the company but I just really like the product so I reviewed it. It’s still doing great after extended use. But you’re right, the company dealt with your case rather poorly. That’s the thing with online shopping it’s not uniform; experiences vary buyer to buyer, that’s when bad things happened to good brands. You’d be pleased to know, Amit, that their patented ‘Fluffium’ technology is biomechanics-inspired and has the sole purpose of custom-adapting the footwear to the foot, so if you ask me, it’s a perfect 10 in that regard! The pair that I’ve shown in the video is the one that I still have. I’ve travelled a lot with it which includes rugged terrains like Spiti and I’m happy to report they’re still stein as they were 🤗

Well,such ratings can be veer subjective and vary person to person 😊 but let me give you my personal view 😊 1. Comfort - 5/5. Initially, you might take sometime adapting to the thick soles, but gradually that’s all you’ll want to wear! 👌 2. Shock absorption: a definite 5/5. I’ve felt a great step-up in comfort. 3. Anti-sweat property: 4.5/5 on the rare occasion of a very hot day will you find some sweat. 4. Strength of martial: a definite 5! I even hiked with it to check the same and it was strong as could be! 5. Worth for money: 4.5/5. I’d give it a five here too but some folks might find it just a tad expensive. But you definitely get what you pay for! That’s actually how I feel! Best wishes 😊

Should be great for papa: happenstance.com/product-category/perfect-sandals-for-men-and-women I’ll be very honest, Lokesh, I haven’t used the perfect sandals but according to the description, they’re made for long comfortable wear. Such a fraud!!! Got used shoes but they don't accept return and blame you of using them. Customer service will shut the line in middle of conversation and don't pickup calls from you. Never seen a service of this kind.
