Ingredients:
1/2 carrot (65g)
1 burdock (110g)
1 tablespoon sugar (8g)
3g soy sauce (1/2 teaspoon)
2g powdered dashi (Japanese broth)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (28g)
1 tablespoon ground sesame (6g)
How to make
1.In a heat-resistant bowl, cut the washed carrots and burdock root into thick julienne slices. Prepare 1/2 a carrot (65g) and 1 burdock root (110g).
2.Mix 1 tablespoon (8g) of sugar, 3g (1/2 teaspoon) of soy sauce, and 2g of dashi powder.
3.Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W.
4.Mix 2 tablespoons (28g) of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon (6g) of ground sesame seeds.
5.Done. Finish by adding more ground sesame seeds. Delicious.
