Hi all, I'm still on vacation, but didn't want to leave you without content, so here is a burger bar service I recorded sometime in May, hope you will enjoy the video 👌😊👍

It's not an EU thing, I wouldn't precook the burger patties either if I would work in a restaurant where people have time to wait, and would have a proper kitchen. This is about how to feed workers in the fastest possible way with the equipment we have, so they can enjoy their 30 minute lunch break 👌😀👍

It's frozen, but it's a good product for the price and tasty. It's not as good as fresh mince, but selling a burger, including fries, for £4 comes at a cost 👌😉👍
