Today, I will share the recipe for “BURGER STEAK WITH CREAMY MUSHROOM GRAVY” my version.
Burger steak is hamburger beef patties smothered in creamy mushroom gravy. This is often served with rice.
Whenever we eat at Jollibee, I ranked burger steak, fried chicken and palabok, as my top three. My personal ranking is based on the food that gives me comfort and the most flavorful. In addition, I tried to remember the taste of the dish and vowed to make my own version.
My recipe just copied the name from Jollibee, but the taste, amount of serving, aroma, guaranteed clean, the unlimited creamy mushroom gravy, inexpensive, etc. Mine is far very different!

BURGER STEAK WITH CREAMY MUSHROOM GRAVY
Ingredients
For the Burger Steak:
300 g lean ground beef
1 C bread croutons
½ C milk
¼ t ground white pepper
2 eggs. Beaten
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
For the Creamy Mushroom Gravy:
1 T butter
1 T all-purpose flour
1T soy sauce
1T oyster sauce
1 t garlic powder
½ t mushroom powder
½ t ground black pepper
1 small can mushroom
½ C water
½ C milk
