How to make Burmese coconut chicken noodle - known as ohn no khao swe in Burmese. This is a lightly spiced noodle dish served with a mildly spicy chicken coconut broth. In Thailand, they serve a variation of this dish, and they call it Khao soi.

I never been shown how to make this dish by by mother or grandmother before they passed. I’m glad I found this video so I try it myself.

Mine too. I remember that the ones they sold in Yangon also had duck blood cake in it as well. Do you remember that?

First time seeing that you put lemongrass. All we ever known is no lemongrass and need to boil the flour first for decent amount of time to leave the raw smell goes away. Hope you enjoy yours

marinade the chicken for 10 minutes. Garam flour is chickpea flour. It is 'pe hmote'
