I need to know if it’s postpartum safe tho. Because it’s hard to do regular ab workouts after kids. If your abs are spilt, it’s dangerous to do anything that can cause more damage. You will end up in the hospital for surgery 🫠.

For those who don’t know this is a Pilates workout and they are totally safe to do every day. It can be extremely tiring tough, especially if you’re just starting because it’s really targeting your ab muscles. If you’re a beginner , I’d probably start with three times a week

If you're shakin while doing core exercises that means your core is very weak. Don't worry about the shaking and your breath sounding like a mixer mixing batter while doing so. Try to keep those poses where it makes you shake as long as you can, that means those positions are your weakest on your core muscles. If you keep doing that even for a week you'll see the shaking will get better as you start exerting more control over those muscles.

Hi all, I've finished my 2 weeks of doing this 10 minute workout. I have PCOS and a lovely santa belly. Did not have any core strength at all and struggled so much the first few days, especially with the 3rd, 4th and 5th workouts, HOWEVER my strength did slowly increase as I completed each day! By the end of the 1st week I was only struggling with trying to lift myself up through pure core strength, and now I can kind of do it. I think if I give it more time, I'll be on my way to easily completing the whole 10 minutes. My belly was at 34 cm and now I'm at 32 cm. It's about to be shark week, so I'm putting this on a pause for now and will reboot in another 2 weeks. About to look for another one of her vids to try! My advice, don't beat yourself up about not being capable of doing the exercise fully. BABYSTEPS, YOU GOT THIS!

I also go swimming day 1:completed, it wasnt that bad! it was not as hard as i thought but i really felt the burn these days i was sick and i couldnt keep up but im back! day 2:completed and have done this workout two times. I've decided to try this workout for the next two weeks: starting waist measurement is 37in Day 1: had to take multiple breaks during the workout because i haven't exercised seriously in 5 years but made it all the way through and felt really good after Day 2: only had to take one break and it might be my imagination but my stomach is already looking a bit more toned Day 3: I made it all the way through the workout without having to take a break! Day 4: Was really tired this morning but i still managed to get the workout in. Beginning and end are really easy now, the middle part is still kicking my butt tho Day 5: already lost 3in off my waist! Day 6: My abs are definitely more defined Day 7: I was able to start incorporating some of the more advanced techniques Day 8: I'm able to fit into some of my old clothes again! Day 9: My stomach is basically flat when i flex my abs Day 10: my thighs and shoulders are also getting stronger

Doing this workout for 2 weeks... Day 1: ✅was a little challenging for me, the breathing exercises were also a bit difficult Day 2: ✅ a little less difficult, I can definitely feel my core burning, and I did much better with following the breathing patterns Day 3: ❌ i was too busy with homework and didn't have time :/ Edit: i ended up catching strep and lost motivation to do this workout :( but now I'm gonna try to get back into the routine. :) sooo im gonna restart at day 1. ✔️feeling dizzy i cannnttttdo this😭😭 ❌day 2: felt super sore so just did a whole body workout instead ✔️day 3: still sore struggled a LOT, took many breathing breaks, couldn’t keep up with you and couldn’t finish each exercise BUT i did them all and didn’t quit the 3rd and 4th and the 2nd to last are soooooo hard. hopefully it gets better ❌day 4: did an intense arms/legs workout so i couldn’t even lift my legs for the first exercise lol ✔️day 5: did it on bed so it was easy but still felt the burn day 6: again on bed. didn’t finish it bc my body is sore (from other exercises) so i think i’ll take a while to add this workout into my routine. we’ll see. ✔️day 7: on bed ❌day 8? period day the days are confusing so i’ll just say the date. ✔️28 sep: it got so much easier and i’m much more in control ✔️29 sep i still do it almost everyday day but i don’t update

Started doing this today and I think I will continue for about two weeks Promise to continue updating cuz I keep seeing people who only have 2 days. Day 1✅ - Got through it but it BURNEDDDDDDD so hopefully I will get used to this - I also did other youtube workouts today but I probably will only continue this one for the next few weeks. I just weighed myself but after doing this and I am 51.4 kg but have a lot of belly fat Gotta get my school glow up 🙏🏽 Day 2✅ - Woke up so sore today but also got my period at the end of the day so that might also be tied into it - after stretching and getting the soreness away, the exercise felt much better - I still felt the burn but it was actually nice. Day one ✅ Day two ✅ Day three ✅ Day four ✅ no results yet but today it was actually quite fun Day five ✅ it‘s easier and it felt faster than the days before Heyy guys I‘m back after doing different workouts that just didn‘t feel quite as good and didn‘t showed the results I am going to do this workout for 7 days sooo let‘s get started Day one ✅ loved the burn Day two ✅ was hard but enjoyed it and was very happy it was over 😅 Day three ❌ got my period 😆 Day four ✅ did it, good burn Day five ✅ hated it but glad I did it :) Day six ✅ almost done with my challenge but maybe I’ll do it for another seven days?! 😅

I tried doing this workout and a few others like the lower ab workout and slim waist and i kind of gave up after a few days but i still saw results in a few days gloria songs workouts are actually amazing! I didnt rly lose weight but my waist was smaller and my stomach was more toned

i'm going to be doing this for one month and posting results day 1: i did this at morning and at first i didn't notice anything at all, but when it was night time i could already tell it was having some affect. plus, my abs burn day 2: i did this late at night this time. i could only do the half as i got my belly button pierced today and it hurt to crunch my stomach too much. but i did the first half twice day 3-5: i was so bloated these days + healing from my naval piercing so i skipped these days. i did walk 10k steps and i was on a juice cleanse to help with the bloat. day 6: i did this late at night after eating but i still noticed some results right away. i'm back to square one because of my extreme bloating case. day 7:

I'm going to try to do this for just over a week 😭 wish me luck Day 1: ✅I definitely burned my abs, I was sweating and it felt hard, but also good. Im going to do this workout everyday for a month. Day 1: ☑️ Was kinda hard but, i feel the burn. Day 2: ✅ Did all of the workouts and stretches, burns a bit. Ive been doing this for some days (i think 3) and it feels so so amazing! Ive been seeing lots of results already (but thats probably because i do other workouts as well). Whenever i did my other workouts only, tho, i still got that low belly fat that didnt wanna go so thats why i started doing this workout and it just completed my workout schedule!! My lower belly fat is decreasing slowly and it was so obvious today! Tysmmmm Gloria, youre a life saver❤️❤️❤️❤️

@alieyaariesa9961 don't worry if you're not sore!! I was sore at first but the soreness dissapeard quickly. But everyone is different. Some get sore quicker than others. I'm a person that doesn't get really sore after doing an ab/core workout. Maybe you're just like me!

Gonna be doing this workout for 1-2 weeks followed by 30 mins of cardio wish me luck 💕💕 Day 1 : First time doing it!! Felt the burn but I didn’t feel demotivated to do it, fun workout !! Day 2 : Holy crap my hips just started to hurt like HELL out of no where but I kept doing it 💪 Day 3 : Today I’m gonna be doing the cardio later than the workout, hopefully that doesn’t affect anything but I did the workout just now and I feel great! Maybe I’m delusional but I’m already starting to see results,, before I could only see my upper abs (when tensing) but now I’m starting to see my lower abs too !! (When tensing) Day 4 : Just finished the workout! I’m abt to walk to the gym since I haven’t gone in like 3 days 😭 ‘n I’m gonna do my cardio there. The workout has been getting easier !! Day 5 : I think what's most challenging about this workout has to be the breathing and keeping your back straight on the floor, is it just me or does everyone's back arch usually?? But the workout is getting easier, I'm starting to incorporate the ways to make it more challenging that Gloria sometimes recommends! Day 6 : The workout has gotten much easier now but the burn is still there 💕 I hadn’t done the 30 minutes of cardio yesterday but even with that I’m seriously starting to see definition in my abs !! Love u for this Gloria, seriously a life saver x Day 7 : It has been getting easier for me to keep a straight back and I've memorized all the breathing exercises now. Also, the abs are definitely coming in!! Omg I feel so much more confident about my body right now. Hii!! I stopped because I went on vacation for 2 weeks but let me just say my aunties were complimenting how slim and tall I looked 💕 Gloria i love you for this 🩷🩷

It’s easy for you to do this and make it seem easy because your body is already fit and you’re skinny a fit body can stretch that way I have been there if a person doesn’t workout or if they have a fat body then they won’t be able to do this exactly the way you are doing it persistent is the key though

Day 1 ✅-my arms hurt but feeling pretty good ig Day 2 ✅-my arms still hurt like hell but i did it Day 3✅-my arms are still sore af but i did it Day 4❌had an event to go to at like 7:14 wopke up at 7:00 plus weekend Day 5❌-another weekend Day 6✅-did it and i feel more energetic after doing it but my arms still are sore Day 7✅-did it and my arms are less sore😋😋 Day 8✅-did it but i might have pulled my shoulder and mabye messed up my wrists Day 9✅- didnt do the last part because its putting to much strain on my arms and wrists and i dont really see any changes so i may quit for now

It may have to do with how much rest you have and if you aren't getting enough sleep. Muscles need rest to regenerate, and stress releases cortisol, which is bad for weight loss, I think. Also, being bloated and sitting for too long may affect calories burnt. There's a lot of science behind this kind of stuff, idfk.

im planning to do this for 21 days ! let's see if i can make it before: waist- 28inches tummy- 30inches weight- 52kg goal: waist- 26inches tummy- 28inches weight- 48kg day 1: ✔️ feeling the burn, pretty good pilates workout + rlly love the breathing technique tho im not quite sure how exactly it's gonna impact the workout day 2: ✔️ getting better at making sure the entire lower back sticks on the ground, still having difficulties tryna get up to touch ur toes from laying on back position day 3: ✔️ feeling so much more stronger and healthier rather than always rotting in bed lol, great exercise!! day 4: ✔️ no longer that painful, im going to start cardio tmr rest 1 day day 5: ✔️ i added 2.5kg weights onto each leg and damn it burns even more but super satisfying tho day 6: ✔️ doing it with the same weights, i feel the effect 2x stronger day 7: ✔️ ok i don't rmb when i stopped exercising but i think it's around a week, but nvm im back and here's some updates after one week. waist: 27 tummy: 29.5 weight: havent weighed
