I did this once a day for 2 weeks, I didn’t give me that feminine 90 degree shoulder but I definitely gave me less of a broad shoulder

I'm starting this challenge too so wish me luck WEEK 1 Day 1 I was in unreal pain but I did it✅ Day 2 Same pain + 20min of walking up the stairs ✅ Day 3 It was a bit harder to finish, and also I started to feel the burning in the inner thigh area✅ Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7

Let me try this for 2 weeks. Ive always had a round face so i was wondering what it would do to a rounder face compared to a more cut jaw (Like and bring me back so i can update) Day 1 -✅ i did it 2 times to speed it up! Did this once along with some leg exercises and other exercises Day 2 ✅️ back for day 2:) the burn was real but it went by so much faster and I took less breaks this time Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 Day 11 Day 12 Day 13 Day 14

Im taking initiative, im a dude but my thighs are big and im insecure about them so here we are comment/like to bring me back to this comment because ill probs lose it in the sea of people commenting😭 Lets try for a month Upper thigh - 21.5 in Lower thigh (right above knee) - 15.5in Day 1 - ✅ did it 2 times and other exercises before Day 2 -✅️ back for the second day, the burn was there but way lower than yesterday, way way easier and im already seeing a difference Day 3 - Day 4 - Day 5 Day 6 - Day 7 - Week of progress Upper - Lower - Day 8 - Day 9 - Day 10 - Day 11 - Day 12 - Day 13 - Day 14 - Two weeks of progress Upper - Lower -

Bru I'm genuinely mind blown😳 This works like crazy, I've been doing this for already 2 weeks and already seeing very visible results. I'll definitely keep this in my workout playlist and keep doing this. All I can say is it works extremely well and to see results do for 2 or 3 weeks.❤ I'm so happy with how everything came out, I definitely feel way more confident.💖

Does using the weights bulk up your arms?

Nope ! Unless you use heavy weights and eat lots of protein, muscles can't bulk up easily. However, if you have a distressed lymphatic drainage system, that can make you armpit and arms look "puffier"- that makes it look more bulky... Hence, why the stretching and foam rolling at the end is vital!!

Maybe because you walked or stood on toes, but I think because you ate junk food, try to keep a healthy diet 👍

Ofc! Just make sure to do the movements with lots of resistance and you'll still feel the burn x
