I for one would LOVE to see Burnham written into a Kelvin movie with a cameo as a Section 31 officer. As she was never raised Vulcan, her personality would be even more aggressive. She'd still be brilliant, being the child of scientists but without the Vulcan discipline, she'd be a lot like Kirk. She could just show up somewhere and give Kirk an assist and move on... after doing some nefarious Section 31 thing without him knowing.

Spock had a half brother. He never had a sister. It was never explained in the series. Burnham is an insert, and a inconvient one at that.

The timesuit is key, her parents still could have died and Burnham still could have been adopted by Sarek. In season 2 Burnham ran away from her house on Vulcan and got chased by a creature. Spok was warned by the "red angel" about this and informed Sarek who then saved her. Without this she would have died. So many options and outcomes haha 🤣

Still believe that a new Prime timeline was created after First Contact, the NX-01 Enterprise exists because Cochran saw the Enterprise E, and he designed the NX based on Picard's ship. The original XCV-330 Enterprise from TMP painting was replaced by the NX-01 in new timeline. Also technology is more advanced in newer Prime timeline because tech was left behind or learned by those who interacted with Picard's crew, plus the Borg wreckage found in the Antarctic in season one of Enterprise also advanced technology. Why Disco Enterprise looks more advanced than TOS Enterprise.

Good one. My theory is that the "original" timeline" NX-01 was named "Dauntless" and was only "renamed" Enterprise because of the events you've described. So why did the Voyager episode show the NX-01A being named Dauntless instead of Enterprise? Because when the timeline changed, Voyager was back in the 1990's dealing with Henry Starling.

You have to figure, just like the Enterprise crew who were born before the Kelvin Timeline was created, Burnham would have most, if not all of her innate abilities, she could be with the secondary fleet we hear about in 2009, or an officer on the station the Enterprise saves in Beyond.

She probably would be dead, remember her mom created that suit and was jumping through time, so she seen her daughter being killed. In Kelvin, either her parents didnt create that suit and she never was raised on vulcan, or they did and she still was killed

My prediction: As Picard season 2 is a time travel arc, Kurtzman is going to use that to change the past and wipe out any pre-Discovery Trek making the Kurtzman, CBS/Micheal Burnham universe the "prime" universe.

By pre-Discovery, I assume you mean shows that came out before Discovery, not events in the Trek universe that took place before the events of Discovery....since every show except Enterprise takes place AFTER Discovery.

Good video, Captain Jack. If I had the power and authority to simplify all this, I would say that Discovery (while officially set in the Prime Timeline, because CBS says it does) doesn’t particularly fit well into either timeline. However, Discovery Season 3’s acknowledgement of the temporal wars established in “Enterprise” (and even Voyager to a degree) could provide a means of rational explanation-essentially that the events of ENT’s temporal cold war created splits in the multiverse. One which through-lined straight through to the original TOS/TNG/DS9/VOY timeline as intended, another which created the vastly altered “Discovery-verse” (which is about the only thing that makes any sense) and at least one of which links to Kelvin. One could even say that because Nero’s incursion altered or even eliminated multiple time travels into the past taken by our heroes in the original timeline, this would of course have repercussions into the future which, again, link back into Kelvin. You could create all kinds of cool paradoxes to explain the differences-and fans would actually love it rather than fight about it (because it’s ALL canon, it all fits into an interconnected multiverse). As far as where Burnham is in the Kelvin-verse? She may simply have no connection to Spock at all. She may have never been separated from her biological parents. Another thing to consider, we wonder why we never saw Michael in “Yesteryear.” Well, Discovery outright tells us that Michael was supposed to have died in the “original timeline” but was spared to become the hero of the “Discovery-verse,” if you will. Well, what was the “original timeline?” TOS/TAS perhaps? Hmmm. 🤔

No. The Kelvin timeline diverged when 20th Century genetic engineering made Khan a crusty white guy with considerably less intellect than his prime counterpart. The Romulan mining vessel entered a parallel universe with a slightly different past.

Actually when Khan was found in the Kelvin timeline he looked how he did in Space Seed. He was woken by admiral Marcus who made a deal with him. He then went under reconstruction surgery and had his name changed. It was explained in either a comic or book I can’t remember. Hence why he looked different

Sorry to burst your bubble but the Kelvin Timeline was pretty much confirmed to exist and be known by characters in Discovery because a character named Yor was briefly introduced and was explained as a Time Agent who came from not only the past but another timeline that had skewed off because of and i quote 'A Romulan Mining Ship'. They pretty much confirmed the Kelvin Timeline exists while not name dropping anything major like the Kelvin Incident itself or the destruction of Vulcan. Whether Discovery and by extension Strange New Worlds is canon to TOS or TNG isn't confirmed yet but at least there is more evidence that alternate timelines exist.
