get more corruption in there, get it full of back door deals, and payoffs. put the worst of the worst in there, please. Maybe then the american people will take notice that this entire system is askew, and from local, to fedral, their governments, rules, law, etc, need to be revisted, jobs and limitations of each level need to be explained, it needs to be transparent, proceedures for allowing citizens to get things done need to be open, and it needs to be finalcially possible. Throw it away
