I think what helps me never get burnout is never sticking to one genre. I dip my hands in jungle and jazz and 80s pop and soul really made making boom bap and neo soul so much easier because I don't get caught in the same mode of thinking

Instead of holding a camera, try to get a chest or neck mount for your phone or GoPro that might help, I’m more of an “in the moment” type of person so I never record anything which is bad, but good at the same time. I only see my events when someone tags me in the video and that’s if they know who I am
