the zero stop tip was great! I did not know I could flip the cap to adjust it.

Definitely a solid looking scope. I like that type of power range for a hunting optic...a low 2x for close up shots and a higher 10x upper end. Burris knows how to make some nice copes, no doubt.

I have 3 Buris scopes. They all are very good quality & always work. All 3, have tight eye boxes though. I have had to fuss with them, to get them mounted just perfectly.

Hey Joe been following you for years just got a sightron 45 by 45 and was coming over here to see if you've done s review. I got a little channel soon as I get a camera instead of my Walmart phone I'm going to try to broaden out a bit other than little shorts. Burris makes some nice mid-range scopes. That style of zero stop would bug me, but then again it's not a long-range target scope either.

If someone likes this they should consider looking around for the 15x, it's a fuckin BEAST if you can get it used or on sale. being 6 zoom non illuminated the reticle isn't very useful between 4 and 8 but it's my favorite scope. Not as bright as the 10 but damn good. I can see splash on an unpainted plate at 500y in 95 degree heat, and the reticle makes first round hits using holds a layup out to 500. I bet the 10 is great but the 15 is probably the kind of that lineup. I have a 5-25 XTR2 now and I don't like it better.
