I was diagnosed with Prepatellar burisits. It didn't hurt and I kept it wrapped and iced intermittently throughout the day. I scheduled a follow up with the doctor about 2 weeks later. 2 weeks went by and the swelling was just the same not better or worse. The doctor told me to take Motrin which I did but not every day. I am not into drugs in general. Well. On my next visit. I told him I wanted it drained because there was no change. He drained it. And all that came out was blood. That's weird isn't it? So they're testing the blood now. My acupuncturist thinks I may be having an allergic reaction to a bug bite and it just happens to be on the knee hence the blood. I am confused. It has stayed the same for over a month. I am almost fed up and ready to take a bunch of Motrin or something. Like 8 capsules.

@@darrinsiberia thank you so much for the reply. I got mine drained about 2 weeks ago and it came back but not as big. Looking to have it drained again in a few days and then wear a knee compression sleeve

I suffer with this knee pain. Your explanation of why ur putting labels on your knee is severely lacking. Unless, it's my misunderstanding, & it is just an anatomy lesson
