In the ending Nero was just dumb and thought they couldn’t come back, in the Japanese Dub Nero doesn’t outright say they can’t come back but he’s thinks they can come back and he’s unsure.

Vergil can Dodge Royal Release just by using Rapid Slash go install DMC 4 or download cheat trainer for Dante in DMC 5 to make him use Royal Release. Just use Rapid slash when Dante switches to Royal Guard there is also two other ways to deal with Royal Guard u can trick cancel Judgement cut all day Dante cant touch vergil with his royal guard or anything else Vergil kills dante just by staying in air all day long and u can trick dodge Royal Guard counter to but that needs precision timing and harder to do. Congrats Dante Lost again just like In actually lore vergil has more wins against Dante.
