I am sorry, still didn't get it, I stucked at bus stop level 5. Can you help me by explain how to level up bus stop? thank you

To level up a bus stop you just need to have that stop in one of your routes then drive that route. When you stop at that bus stop the using indicator correctly, good stopping position, and kneeling will give you the xp needed to level up the stop.

Yes you do need to finish all the missions all the way through until the mission in episode 36 of my video to unlock the south area. You also will need the official map extension DLC which I assume you have since you know about the south area.

Does every single bus stop have to be level 3 (even on separate routes) to get to the next stage?

yes every single stop must be level 3 even stops on other routes
