Assam is so much like Odisha, the language the food, forest and the people everything. I was born in Chabua but have never been since then. I would make a trip to Assam soon with my kids, I have heard a lot about Assam from my parents and I can’t wait to show my children my birth place. Assam is known as xuoni Assam which means beautiful Assam. I remember my childhood days where I played with my friends all day. Every time I remember those days, one thing always comes to my head which is the beautiful nature of Assam. Those trees, the river, the bright sky with stars, the imagination of interesting things that does not exist, the warm hearted people. Now, every time I look out of my window and see trees outside , water then I remember those old days. They were so calm. Nostalgia is Assam. Assam is nostalgia. I don't know what I just said. I don't know who would understand my feelings but Assam is great.

David amazing trip as usual. But at this moment the road to Kaziranga is on another level. Its so beautiful these days because the monsoons has arrived so all the trees and flowers are in full bloom. Red, yellow, purple, pink, blue flowers all around and the entire stretch of highway is looking ridiculously beautiful.

Jakhalabanda town is famous in Assam. It opens 24 hours because it is the one of the rest station of long route buses💛. Lots of love from Sivasagar💛
