you may have to split that floor into pieces. then move openings to where they need to be then patch it together. hope that makes sense. good luck . cheers

I hate drilling out spot welds, worst job ever. As you probably now know if you don’t need the piece you’re removing, then just drill straight through or grind it off. Loving your pain, knowing it resolved now ❤️
@chenchovilla17682 жыл бұрын
Those floors never fit right. You can cut it to fit the pedals and shifter though, then weld it back up. Good hustle! Thanks for another great video, homies!

I agree with dave glick , slice and dice make it fit the holes and add filler metal where needed. or check wolfgang west to see if they have the correct floor

Dude that’s brutal. Funky Green Panel for the win. I ended up just make all my panels out of flat metal. It was in the budget. Keep pushing.

I wish I'd bought the funky green but it was also 4x the price

i had a dude from Albania do this copy panel for me.. he did it 95% the same as the original and please, believe me, it fitted in 1 minute , all I had to do was weld. It took him 3 months to produce it in his spare time but it's better and thicker than the original. He said to me.. don't ask any more for more panels.. but I keep boosting his balls for the side panels etc..

Have you tried any of the panels from CiP1?
@fromthebeginningofvankind28 Жыл бұрын
@@nmartin5551 I havent tried their body panels b/c I just dont want the frustration, since most of the companies all get their parts from the same distributors where the two I mentioned make several of their own parts and other parts they still have German connection to supplies and not just crappy Chinese/Brazilian/Mexican parts that if your lucky they mighy be close enough to modify to work . bow that said I have bought from CIP1 (and others) and the items were fine. I just perfer WW and Gerson

Thankfully I don't have any neighbors close by 😆 As for patching the floors, it would have been way too many cuts and not much original left. I do wish I had bought the funky green front floor replacement though...
