I really like the compartmented cast iron skillet! Great looking meal too! I have a lot of respect for both you and your daughter, Becky. You have taught her many outdoor skills, and she has learned them very well. I watch all of her videos that I can find. What a very pleasant young woman she is. Great vid and breakfast, but I would recommend heating the pan and oil up before you put the food in, otherwise the oil will just soak into the food and make it even more unhealthy 😃
