And I am Eric. Great fun to watch you guys we've binged watche a bunch of your videos over the last three days. One of the things that makes me laugh out loud is...I didn't think there would be this much snow...I didn't think there would be this many black flies...I didn't think it would be this sunny etc. Its really refreshing to here someone admit out loud that they weren't 100% prepared for every circumstance. And your sense of humour is the best. We will be watching regularly now.

My husband and I are new to Matthew Posa videos. Have to say, he looks quite a lot like my 2 younger sons, who are in their 30's, especially when he has the snow hat on, which is what caught my attention at first. Matthew has a great, warm, funny personality and we love his words, like Punky and the "Turd" word.... cracks us up... I laugh at the opening credits when he gets hit in the face with the branch when bopping along and I love the way he says Ladies and Gentlemen.... My husband and I especially enjoy the winter videos. We are amazed at the meals he makes. We love the dog and the voice he gives it. Keep making these wonderful fun videos. Watching Matthew, gives us confidence to do more stuff outside our comfort zone and we both are in our 60's! Top notch job on the videos. One comes away feeling good all over after watching one of his videos. Highly recommend to everyone!

Awesome fun video once again Matthew and Monty. So entertaining and real and down to earth with delicious bush cuisine of course. Seems there is a "Show us your steak" challenge in the bushcraft community going on right now, and I am extremely surprised that nobody tagged you yet. Matthew, you're absolutely right about that. Each year goes faster and faster to older we get. I remember when I was 14-16 years old and waiting when I get 18years old to get my driving licence. Now I'm 45 and thinking where all those years has gone... Last summer came and it's gone, soon it is Christmas again. If I could only slow down the time... We don't have snow yet here at southern Finland. Greetings.

And I recommend that you will buy a Suunto wrist watch. I had one in my freezer to measure temperature. It worked just fine at -20celcius (-4 fahrenheit)

Now I figured it out why time flies... When we were young, and nowadays we're thinking we don't remember so much about our childhood because time went so fast. At middle of our age, time stops and goes nicely forward. After that point the time takes reverse and starts fly again. When we were babies we used diapers, when we are very old, we use those again. Aftermath: Time starts, stops, and reverse.

When it's cold out like that make your Monty some "soup" to go along with the rest. soup= dog food+warm water. My dog LOVES it in winter I hype it up and he enjoys the whole process! Tip: stir it and let it soften some. Love your vids! Thanks!
