Here is a small piece I wrote after watching more of your videos. It goes like this: I lay motionless as my mind drifts into the scene. I sit beside you, but I can’t be seen. I sit quietly, never speaking a word, but my heart it singing like a bird. You stoke the fire and sip your tea, oh how I wish it were me. You prepare some food a savory delight, the perfect ending to the night. I’m relaxed now so I turn off my light. Thank you - and good night.

Quality wok you have been gifted! Allow the wok to heat in the fire while preparing your ingredients. Add the oil after the wok is hot. When the wok begins to smoke a little, then add the food. Cooking time won't take as long and your food won't absorb too much oil. I think my eyes grew three times when I saw your very nice carbon steel wok. I use my wok often, some weeks it's every day. Once you have used it several times and it is "seasoned" by frequently using, you will love it more. It's an honor to have a friend who gives a wonderful and long lasting wok as a gift. It makes me feel a little sad that your videos come to an end too quickly after enjoying each moment of the relaxation you share. Not a criticism. I just am thankful. I will continue to look forward to the next when you have time. Any snakes visit you lately?
