Long Term Shelter In The Woods - Rain - Table Making - Foraging - Stinging Nettle Dinner (Part 6)

Long Term Shelter In The Woods - Rain - Digging a small ditch and adding stones near the walls of the house that will protect it from the rain - Building a table and window sill using wood, string, and stone - making the chimney of my stone fireplace longer and safer (I added another piece of pipe to it, but I did not film this part - you will only see the end result in my video) - Foraging - Cooking stinging nettle for dinner. No talking, only peaceful nature sounds.
Nettle Recipe - boil the young (tender), fresh nettles (don't throw the water away, it is very healthy, will help you detoxify - drink it as tea), chop them finely, chop some wild garlic and garlic cloves, then stirfry in a pan adding a little bit of wheat flour and cornflour, olive oil and spices. Eat it with warm polenta instead of bread. I also added some chopped cherry tomatoes and chopped wild garlic to my dish.

It’s taking a bit of time to adjust from the cottage videos to the Wild Green Johanna. I’m assuming the Wild Green came first. I have always loved nature also. I am so impressed with how you are so patient with yourself in building and trekking in the wilderness. Again I thank you, Johanna. I am a grandmother now, but I loved hiking in the mountains and being close to lakes.

Από πέτρες Δόξα τω Θεω !πολλες να χτίσεις σπίτι με πέτρες ! Σου λείπει όμως ένα καροτσάκι κήπου ! Δεν γίνεται να τις κουβαλάς μετά χέρια ! Αν το ειχες θα υπερυψωνες. Το. Πάτωμα της Καλύβας σου καιθα τις συγκρατούςσες. Με ξυλα και πηλό ( αυτό μπορείς βέβαια να το κανείς και σήμερα ) αν όχι και με τσιμέντο !αποπανω τουλάχιστον , έτσι. το. Καλυβακι. σου θα είχε λιγότερη υγρασία !
