That was a good way of starting a fire without having to split wood and stuff.

It is so nice to get out into the wild and just make a simple fire and have a hot drink, listen to nature and forget about all the non sense out there. Awesome vid. If it ever stops flood force raining here im gonna have to get another camp in myself.

Definitely the best stress relief! Would enjoy seeing you do a campout if you get some nice weather. I'm really looking forward to spring!

@@ochocobushcraft1742 indeed, the bulk of the review phase of my channel is actualy comeing closer to a big slow down, I should be switching over mostly skill vids and bushcraft camp type.

Glory. 62° here today, but i still want some hot cocoa 🤪 (Gets pulled over heading out of town), "Honest officer, It's powdered milk" 😂🤦🏽♂️🤣

Lol! It's funny, but as soon as I held that little baggie of milk up to the Camara, I thought I needed to immediately tell everyone what it was 😅

Great video Dan!! I know how ya feel. I got out last Sunday for a day scout and some target practice with my slingshot, had me a good cup of pineneedle tea from the whitepine I found, along with my jerky lol!!

Thank you! Sounds like an enjoyable day. I just stocked up on jerky too.

Hey Dan! Was that cotton ball soak with Vaseline or what? You look grate out there! Some day I may walk on your camp fire and we have coffee together , But i am allergic to milk! I used to be allergic to people but I get over that however, the lactose remains to be the problem still.

So in my container in my pocket, is both cotton saturated with petroleum jelly, and dry. I used a tiny bit of the saturated and a slightly bigger dry piece. I could tell by the feel what I would need. I don't drink coffee, but if you bring some for yourself, welcome to the fire!
