I hope you have some kind of refrigeration for the part of the chicken that you’re not cooking at this time. I love watching you cook! Your meals are always really interesting. Try roasting some butternut squash. Or some acorn squash. Cut it in half and scoop out the seeds. Fill the hollow with butter, chopped onion, chopped pepper, a little bit of cooked crumbled, bacon, salt, and pepper, and a sprinkling of brown sugar. Mmmm

Hey Dustin, nice to see you posting videos. You know what I would like to see you build? A earth mound shelter. Something that is nice and cool in the summer. So, you would have to build thick earthen walls to build up tthe thermal mass around you. to disperse the heat. I always like to see more plant and legume based meals.

I think a packet meal would cook wonderfully in the pizza oven. A hamburger patty, onion, a bit of cabbage, and some carrots all wrapped up in a foil packet. Easy to transport and easy to cook. (also an easy cleanup)

A fairly simple dish to do and easy to carry in! Enchiladas. Or even a Sheppards pie, can't remember if you've done that in the dutch oven or not.

Shepard's pie would be wonderful to see you could in your new stove/oven it's one of my favorite meals; you will need something to hang your coat, rain poncho/coat, winter coat or wet clothing on to dry, my favorite root vegetable is sweet potato or potato to roast in oven

Lol, just made Chicken Stew tonight. I'm on Keto but it was a cheat night as I added potatoes... love the combination of celery, carrots, onions (chieves) garlic, parsley with sour cream and coconut flower to thicken. Funny what one craves when you are on Keto. Love the potatoes with all the gravey! Nice video! Love the coffee table!

Fyi a trick to make the peg in the coffee table fit,... is to cut a blade width space in the bottom of the dowel, then place a wedge in that same slot with some of the wedge sticking out. ( granted the wedge must be wider that the cut slot) When you bottom out the dowel with in wedge in it, bottom end will expand a lock in the dowel. Intresting what one learns when looking at old barns built over 125 years ago.

Great video. Love the coffee table! I would love to see you build a type of counter for cooking on a gas stove & Prepping the food. It get tiresome have to set your pot if pasta on one stump, cut your veggies on another stump, then cook on another. I want to build one that's about 12"-14" wide by 2' Long & 2.5' tall. I am thinking about the ones made from 2 poles at each end, like an A frame, with a pole across for hanging, then a beamed table below that.
