A masters degree in statistics is a good start, but you'll also need to spend time learning a programming language which isn't likely to be a part of a stats degree.

Thanks for your video! I gained a lot insights. I’m now in an interesting situation and I’m wondering what’s next. I’ve been looking for videos on how to blend data analytics stills into business analysis work. I’m from an academic background specialized in organizational psychology, where I’ve been trained for evidence based decision making and quantitative data analysis. However I’m within my first year career in business analysis, it was interesting how I get into this job, but I found a lot of things are about process development for technology implementation projects. I’m wondering how I can blend my data analytics skills into technology these types of projects. Thank you!

Learn a programming language and you will easily be able to find a job in the Data Science field. Maths and Stats is a great starting point to have.
