Nice use of the jig. Got the plywood to cut mine today (bought your jig for P20) and will get it cut Monday. Quick tip: when centering objects, once you click them both (or more), instead of using the mouse and going up to the toolbar, just press 'C" and 'E' on your keyboard. C will center horizontally and E will center vertically.

Good job I've made business cards out of 1/16 polycarbonate on my cnc machine. Just some scraps I had left over from another project. I can see using 3mm luaun on the laser. I made some bookmarks on the laser, so business cards would work too I think.

Hi great project and well designed, the ai and dxf files just open those in our laser cutter to make them? This is for the jig? What material (wood) thickness you using for the jig and jig holder?

If you use lightburn, use the lightburn file. just 4mm or thicker wood

I haven’t tried it but unless it is a material such as metal, probably much slower.

Do you prefer 100% power on most of your work? Seems I see you use that a lot. Does it just become a matter of going fast enough not to burn the material? With the same be true for pictures on wood, possibly?

Basically, I want the fastest burn. I run 100% on most materials and just adjust the speed to get the desired effect. Makes for faster jobs.

No, the cards are coated from the factory. The laser removes the coating

I do not have the X series of machines to use for the design. Currently, I do not have one. I have one for the A series but I think the legs are different

You can use the array function in lightburn.

This product work for 1 month and stop. Now im trying get guarantee but service complaining things for 2 months. Im done with atezr i should buy sculpfun ... Never buy ATEZR! Terrible support

They all have a bad machines occasionally. I have been running my P20 and V35 for months with no issues. The L2 isn't my favorite design though.
