Great Review, KQ management needs to watch such content to determine areas to improve on. Small things such as branding should be the basic minimum.

Agreed. KQ does an excellent job with the meal service, but other areas are lacking.

It would be great if African Airlines retrofit their seats eight years after they bought the airplanes so that the cabin would look modern and be comfortable. Emirates recently retrofitted the seats in its older airplanes.

I think it was a nice experience, it is not very competitive business in Africa, for KQ to offer this level of service is pretty good

It is a much better experience than economy. I wonder if the new aircraft KQ plans to acquire will maintain identical interiors as their current fleet.

It is a "nasty" business to expect KQ to offer comfort if you have done long hauls with Air France, BA, Emirates, Qatar and KLM 😅. I'm a Kenyan and you make me feel more inferior😆

I’ve done long hauls with Air France, Delta, LATAM, and Hawaiian in economy. So far, Air France was the best product to date. Saving money to afford a business class ticket on the other airlines you mentioned.
