As a Filipino living in Japan right now for work, and a Cebuano who loves visiting Dumaguete, watching this feels like looking in an inverse-mirror. I'm learning a lot about Japanese society right now and it's been a pleasure and eye-opener. The same way Tao-san and his interns are learning about life in my home country and seeing that it's more than what the impression they heard from outside sources. パナイ島に住んでます。地鶏は美味しいです。マグノリアの鶏肉は美味しくない。うちでもカミさんが市場で生きた鶏を買ってきてシメテ　料理してます。やっぱり地鶏は美味しいです。私は年金生活者です。言葉はヒリガイノンです。パンデミックで65歳以上外出禁止になりヒリガイノンは練習出来なかった。英語も喋らないから下手になりました。若い日本人がネグロスで企業して頑張ってるのを見ると嬉しくなります。これからも頑張ってください。楽しみにしてます。

Native chickens are tastier than the poultry raised white leghorns. As a fried chicken restaurant, that place is a novelty as most restaurants don’t use native chickens since they are smaller and have fewer fatty meats.
