Native chickens has no fat or less fat at all. They are sold here in the US as Free Range Chicken, meaning chickens are not placed in cages. Which means they roam around the chicken farms which make them able to move freely & reducing its fat in their bodies.

If you have a bigger land the chickens can be moved every few weeks by using a mobile or movable chicken house so it's cleaner.
