On purchase we need to pay gst to supplier and on sale we can claim gst amount from buyer only at the end we can claim inputaxcredit for payment gst liability to government., so resale we can add profit to purchase value (excluding gst amount) than add gst and give invoice. Its just process and no loss to u tax burden on end user.
