She's plays it off as if she's a little ditzy, but that girl's IQ is secretly sky high. Running the logistics of that business is one hell of a challenge. It's a moving company, a furniture manufacturer, a design studio, and real estate agent all in one. On top of that, she has all the latest trends memorized every month, plus the ability to visualize and realize it in an extremely short time frame. Also, she's selling home made furniture and printed art to the rich for hundreds of thousands. And she can shmooze.

@RacingPepe5 жыл бұрын
Yea the printer isn't that ginormous. Maybe compared to your home A4 sheet printer but it's really not crazy if you stand next to it. Our studio had an Epson for €11.000. Generally with tools like this, it's not the initial purchase that will drain your wallet. It's the maintenance, the ink, the paper rolls. Printers like these can be used for years and will pay themselves back easily. It's like a car in a way. You could buy an occasion car for €11.000 as well but in its lifetime, you will spend at least that amount in maintenance, gas, repairs, cleaning, taxes, insurance, check-ups etc.

That warehouse looks like it could benefit from sort of inventory management system. Barcode everything, track it in a database with pictures allowing you to look at everything you have in stock, as well as track what's currently "out of storage" and what project it's used for. Considering that warehouse is probably going to just get bigger in terms of inventory, you'll get to a point where not knowing what you have other than running around the warehouse all day is not very beneficial...

If you're watching this and feeling bad about your life... it's okay. You _do_ deserve a home and career like this - and if life doesn't end up working out for you, that's okay and says nothing about your worth. Remember that most people that are out in this world creating, changing and saving lives (from teachers and soldiers to nurses and security staff) will never live like this either, but without them, the people buying and selling houses like this would probably not be alive today. Where you end up on society's scale says nothing about your worth! You can work hard all your life and never get to a place like this, but achieving peace and happiness is something money will never buy anyone.

Dude each couch has a separate end table. And this isn’t meant to be practical since, it’s designed to make the apartment seem larger. The practical part comes in when it gets bought and the owner actually, idk lives in it? People seems to be forgetting that her staging is for the apartment to be sold, then it will get changed and personalized by the owner. This isn’t permanent.

If I bought that house for $14 million, I'd buy the furniture with a few changes -- if Cheryl does modifications, such as higher backs on the couches. But she took a very large space and made it homey.
@lucyn37713 жыл бұрын
I feel like alot of people that watch these very expensive homes think that when the house is bought its bought with everything inside and if not they have to decorate it that way. Even though, it's just to give an idea of what to do if the buyers are not sure what to do, it's also really nice because you can inquire about pieces you like that maybe you would not have found if it were an empty living space.

But yeah I don't think a lot of people get the importance of staging and how it can elevate a space and especially help with selling, for example on the show love it or list it, most people choose to love it even though not much of their house has changed but the designer has decorated the space and made it look like a place you would want to live so staging definitely helps 100%
