LOL at the Away founder talking about how their "philantropy" is how they treat their employees. Away just went through a public crisis because of how horriible they treated thier employees. Also telling that, to her, treating employees with dignity isnt just something you have to do, its philanthropy.

I think it's like too like bad that like young people who like are like so successful have like forgotten like how to like have like a conversation like like a professional like you're up there like on a panel and like you're supposed to like inspire and like motivate like young people. I had to turn off the video after 15 minutes. I'm sure these ladies are all very knowledgable but I can't take anyone who talks that way seriously.
