Never got to. If remember correctly. You have to get A's on every stage to unlock Victor 3, and I think I couldn't get the final stage with an A.

looks decent enough but, it's impossible not to notice how outta place the main character seems, 'cause of the gakuran he's wearing in a fantasy world! it just looks not well.
