I am genuinely worried about this. I'm worried that Charlie will become disenchanted with the music again since they seem to be going back to their old sound :( like I love both their old sound and Night Driver, I understood why they needed to change. I hope to god that I'm wrong and Charlie is having as much fun as Matt and James are with this new music.

Busted got me into Rock music, and i still love them to this day and im a guy who listens too Death Metal... Busted defined my music taste i was like Rock is my music thanks to them. One of the most important bands to me and im excited for this album!

They wasn't really very rock at all back in the early days though, the production was too weak and poppy, now though they sound like a genuine well oiled Pop-Punk machine, much heavier and authentic.

@@MartiniScreamz , I agree but difference is now the guitars sound more turned up. Before they sounded abit over produced with cheesy studio sounds for kids, now that they're an adult band their sound has matured somewhat. If before they was comparable to a British equivalent of Hanson they're now more comparable to; Blink-182, Weezer, Green Day, Feeder etc...the Pop-Punk / Pop-Rock bands who truly inspired them in the first place before their management at the time manipulated their sound be giving them commercial pop producers, now they get to work with legendary rock producers like Gil Norton as they're their own bosses and have full creative control.

@@adamknight7041 I agree to an extent but they were a lot of peoples "blink". It's not a direct comparison to but to a lot they were the window to pop punk. Without busted pop punk would never have kicked off the way it did over here, even if they werent always exclusively pop punk

Guys. I’m 42 I’m male. My self and my wife took Chloe (my stepdaughter) to see you at butlins minehead 14 years ago. I’m now a drummer in a small band and most of that is thanks to the man Cobus, he is a drumming perfectionist and I’ve followed him since his first upload. You guys and Cobus made me and my family so damn happy at the pigs can fly tour. I was so late to the game with this band, only really getting into them about a year or so ago, but their music is incredible and this album was a masterpiece. It’s one that I can put on and listen to every single track without going “Eh; I don’t feel like listening to that one now…”. Each song is memorable and wonderful. And the newest album? There’s a reason it went number one. Busted is only getting better and better with age. So excited for what’s next from the gents.
