Absolutely. Have you seen A Hard Act To Follow? It's in 3 parts and available on KZbin. Great retrospective on Buster Keaton.

Buster Keaton is a great comedian actor. I can't contain myself from laughing when I watch huis movies. I love seeing Buster Keaton acting with the actresses he falls in love with in the story. He seems to have been a very kind man. Thanks for this wonderful interview with my favorite actor comedian, Buster Keaton.

I'm not a Buster Keaton fan..but his stories about Vaudeville and the early days of film are interesting pieces of show biz history..including his admiration for Lillian Russell.

Hi Kevin: I'm more a L&H and Chaplin fan than Keaton, but I love this documentary. If you have a chance, check it out. This is part 1 of 3. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y6KlXp-Qj82omK8

Frying Pan Mann, Charlie who? Chase? Keaton was a Genius , in the medium of film...... How I tire of Chaplin's pathos; Keaton was on a different level.... He had absurdist elements in his films; his lack of expression ran deeper, and made him more humorous than either Lloyd or Chaplin. Sherlock Jr. (1924) was pure comic genius, on a level much deeper than say, The Gold Rush (1925). But, as the Romans said : De gustibus non est disputandum.

There is no either or… Keaton and Chaplin respected one another greatly - and they both would find this ridiculous competition of ‘who is the better clown’ ridiculous. Thanks GOD for both men. Both were different - both were geniuses.

The best actor to do a biopic on Buster Keaton would be Johnny Depp. One can dream.

is career is finish , I think robert downey jr who played chaplin would do a better job !!!

@@kurtanglina7419 both these actors are far too old now. How would they in their late 50s play Keaton in his 20s?!
@alexanderg12973 жыл бұрын
If Aaron Taylor-Johnson shaved and laid off the whey for a few months he would make a good Buster Keaton. He’s quite an obscure actor and his boyish look has somewhat faded but I think the look is there.

I think a character actor would work best, rather than a more well known celebrity.
