The house was built close to an earlier settlement which is still visible to the west. Old rigs are still discernible on the hill above. I remember this house when it was still in pretty good condition. It’s now on the verge of collapse. The water bubbling up, as you say, is the well for the farm. Very sad.

thats my favourite house out of any video on youtube that has character like no other what a find i would love to have it to retire in but defo needs a decent access road and a half dozen trees round it just for a bit shelter defo must give this one a visit

Think they could be Owl pellets inside. Probably roosts on the door.
