Thanks for sharing your knowledge Patrick and your team. The kids specific videos are great for helping me share this information with my kids and my clients will hopefully disseminate it to theirs too. I've just ordered some myotape after previously struggling with Duck Tape. On another note - In intense exercise I still breathe in through the nose but out through the mouth. I'm getting there but sprinting up hills on the bike just requires too much ventilation for my nose. I have to say that occasionally I do intervals the Wim Hof way so I can work on power endurance without the feeling of oxygen hunger and then recover with nasal breath. Thanks again.

So this is quite a revelation. I was diagnosed with exercise induced asthma but now I wonder if it isn’t the 45 minute chatting I do with my friend the whole time we are walking. Thoughts?

Hi, all of this is correlated with mouth breathing - first step would be to make sure that nasal breathing is present all the time, especially during physical activity. You need to make sure that your mouth is closed, so that you can controle nose breathig. It is crucial that you improve your control pause. It should be above 20 seconds. Patrick

I have to tell my friend's kid to close his mouth all the time. Told him it will make his jaw to drop back, harder to breathe, cause teeth problems, etc etc. Makes him look like an idiot too.

I didn’t need my inhaler when I did this!! His talking me through it was perfect! I’m 42 and I didn’t know we should breathe through our nose ever. I had no idea.
