can a pear shaped (endomorph ) do Pilates and still lose weight ?? or should i mix cardios as well ?? because it is said pilates does not show wanted results to endomorphs . and plz come up with cardios and arm workouts . and plz more of advance versions of workouts. thankyou.

Plz namrita share sme workouts to reduce flabby thigh and hips .my lower body is out of shape hips are wide and fatty..lower belly fat is also a big problem . Don't know the correct and effective workout to reduce my problem atic areas .what should I do spot training or spot. reduction or a combination of both.plz help me
