hi namrata , some instructors says that there should be no space left between floor and back while doing a crunch otherwise it will damage your spine . but Pilates trainers guides to maintain the curve . confused 😱😱😱 😵 plz help.

Our spine is ‘S’ curve shaped and it is important to maintain the natural curve of the spine at all times, including during a workout as that is the most neutral and shock absorbing position for the body. Atleast while performing Pilates, we try to focus not only on increases and improving strength but also maintaining good alignment and posture. So do not extend or flex the spine, keep it neutral :)

Workout regularly. The videos will help you get strong and toned, but in order to gain weight in a healthy way a good nutritional plan is also important.
